St. Paul's Cathedral

1675 - 1710

Why is it canonical?

Christopher Wren was a Renaissance man for the Baroque, and was commissioned to design and oversee the building of the facade for St Paul's cathedral after a great fire in London. It shows influences from successful architectural projects from all over Europe, making it in a way more essentially Baroque than any other structure.
